 Chicken Trouble

                Continuing for the search for a dozen eggs, Lev and Kolya hear about this man how owns chickens. They both find a way in the building where the man lives in. With lots of precaution they enter and they smell a body decomposing. Lev and Kolya search for any chicken, but they find nothing. Almost giving up, they look at a corner and see a boy almost at the border of death. The boy explains how all the chickens were dead and the only hope was a little unhealthy chicken. Not hoping the chicken would survive they both do the best possible to keep the chicken alive.



''She won't lay twelve eggs by Thursday,'' I said ''She won't even live till Thursday''

Have you ever had time in your life, when you know something is not going to last enough, but you want it to. Well thats is going on with Lev and their ''egg'' problem. Since the chicken is so unhealthy at the moment, there is really low  chance that it will survive. In case it doesn't survive, they better find a solution.


''Laugh all you want,'' I told him. '' You're not touching the chicken.''
''It's not a chicken, you idiot. It's a rooster.''
From this I can see that Kolya is a very smug person, by saying this, we can see that he is not very respectful, with other people and even less when they contradict him. However, when he knows he is wrong, he gets a little bit of his own medicine.



For the next chapters, I predict that Lev and Kolya, are still going to be looking for a chicken, since they have no eggs yet! Maybe they will find some eggs and they will return to the coronel, but they also maybe will not fid the eggs and dont return and get in trouble. So... they better find the eggs.
